Over Trading Can Be A Necessary Stage

It is usually a necessary stage that most traders go through. Although not all of them.

Whether a trader goes through it kinda depends on what their beliefs and expectations are when they initially get started with trading.

If they have a belief that there is this work-money link, and they convert that into trading to mean trade-money link. In other words they believe that in order to make more money trading, they need to “work” harder and for many people that means placing more trades.

So those people are destined to go through the overtrading phase, because if they do not place a lot of trades, then they feel they are not “working” hard enough.
